Ready to start the journey to become a Pendola Counselor?  This is when it all begins. Have a chance to learn and develop your leadership skills with your peers and with younger campers. C.I.L.T.’s is a one week program for youth entering grades 9 and 10 next fall.

C.I.T. I— Practice the skills needed so you can teach as a counselor. Learn the organizational skills to carry out overnights, and how to help coach archery plus lots more!  Must be entering 11th or 12th grade next fall.

C.I.T. II—Put all you have learned into practice . You  will live a cabin with younger campers and learn what being a counselor is really like. Working with an experienced counselor you will learn the tricks of the trade. Must have completed C.I.T. I.  Bonus...have the opportunity to be trained as a lifeguard with Pendola Staff before camp begins.
